Patrick’s practice focuses on business, commercial, and real estate litigation, often related to technology. He has significant experience in both state and federal courts. Patrick lives in Seattle, and enjoys photography, painting, gardening, road trips, and DIY engineering projects.

EDUCATION

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied critical legal and moral philosophy in the University’s Department of Legal Studies. Patrick obtained his JD from the University of Washington School of Law in 2017. While at UW, Patrick interned for both the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society and the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and was a presenting author at 2015’s WeRobot interdisciplinary robotics conference.

 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Patrick has volunteered with the Washington chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, investigating the use of physical and digital surveillance tools by police departments across the state.
